Many events are offered and supported by the D.W. Field Park Association to include: an annual Flea Market and Craft Fair in June, a bake sale in October and participation in the D.B.A. Thanksgiving Parade.Bike races, inline skating events, foot races, nature walks and narrated trolley rides through this historic park.

Tree's were planted during the Earth Day Event. The Mayor's picnic offered musical interludes.
